Three doubles with 150 cm beds and, in the living room, an Italian-style pull-out sofa bed: the fourth bed. Eight people in total. There's a folding cot if you ask for one.
Four TVs in total: the three in the bedrooms are 43-inch and the one in the living room is a big screen, with Netflix and Amazon Prime. The living room adds a projector with a drop-down screen, which is where the film usually ends up.

This apartment
The Fuente de las Palomas is a minute and a half from your front door, 112 metres away: three bronze doves with a wingspan of about two metres each, by Vicente Vázquez Canónico (1998), in Plaza de Luis Ruiz de la Peña. Everyone in Oviedo calls it that, and it'll come in handy for explaining where you're living this week.
The flat is door B on the second floor. There's no lift in the building, so it's two flights of stairs on foot. Inside, three double bedrooms with 150 cm beds and 43-inch Smart TVs, an Italian-style pull-out sofa bed in the living room and room for eight. Two bathrooms with jet showers; the second is inside the third bedroom.
The living room is what you'd expect by now: a 65-inch screen with Netflix, Prime or Disney+ for your account, a projector with its drop-down screen for the film, the Dragon Ball arcade machine with hundreds of games and two electric scooters.
The neighbourhood has street-level art too, besides the fountain: a mural of sidros — the characters of the Asturian winter masquerades — 123 metres away, and the sculpture "A la Toná", from 1999, at 245.
Kitchen open to the living room with a ceramic hob, dishwasher, washer-dryer, microwave, kettle and capsule coffee machine, though no oven. Electric heating with no set hours, parking space included and self check-in.

Un alojamiento fantástico, tiene todas las comodidades, hermoso y es súper limpio. Tanto los niños como los adultos hemos disfrutado de la máquina de juegos, la ubicación es cerca al centro y una zona muy tranquila. La comunicación ha sido estupenda. Gracias por todo!

Il soggiorno è stato super. Casa pulita e profumata. Cialde e brioches di benvenuto. Un gesto semplice ma che fa sempre piacere. Grazie ai monopattini che ci hanno consentito di girare Oviedo con i nostri figli alla velocità della luce considerato che era una meta di passaggio. Anche i piccoli inconvenienti ( monopattino non utilizzabile) e’ stato risolto prontamente!

Muy amables y atentos en todo momento. El piso está muy bien amueblo y dispone de todas las comodidades que se anuncian en la descripción. Está en una zona tranquila y eso es fundamental para descansar. 100% recomendable.

Muy buenos anfitriones, estaban siempre pendientes, responden rápido y aceptan de buen grado cualquier sugerencia. Destacamos la equipación que tiene para ocio ( máquina recreativa, proyector, patinetes, tele en todas las estancias con Smart TV...). Nos hemos sentido muy cómodos y nos han gustado mucho las camas y la decoración de las habitaciones. Volveríamos sin dudarlo.

El alojamiento estaba genial, sobre todo teniendo en cuenta la relación calidad-precio. Todo estaba muy nuevo, limpio y muy cuidado, y se notaba que estaba bien mantenido. La ubicación también nos gustó mucho: una zona tranquila, pero sin estar demasiado alejada del centro. Nos ha encantado alojarnos aquí! La estancia ha sido muy cómoda. El piso tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. Si vas con peques tienes el extra de la máquina con juegos, les encantará. Habitaciones y colchones cómodos, baños impecables y limpieza de 10. Y si tienes alguna duda o inconveniente, responden en cuestión de minutos. Muy recomendado.
