The apartments marketed as tourist accommodation through the Website are dwellings for tourist use (viviendas de uso turístico, VUT) holding the corresponding tourism authorisation and registration from the Principality of Asturias. The registration code (signatura) or tourist licence number of each dwelling is displayed on its individual listing page within the Website, in compliance with the applicable tourism regulations and with Article 10.1.f) of the LSSI-CE.

Everything set out in this Legal Notice applies equally to the Maik Homes mobile applications distributed on the App Store and Google Play, owned by the entity identified in section 1; any reference to the Website shall also be understood to refer to those applications.
The contracting of the services offered through the Website is governed by the Terms and Conditions of Contract, which the user must expressly accept before completing any booking. This Legal Notice governs mere access to and use of the Website.
Access to the Website is free of charge and confers the status of user on whoever accesses it. The user undertakes to make diligent, proper and lawful use of the Website and, in particular, agrees to:
The Owner reserves the right to suspend or cancel user accounts and to deny access to the Website in the event of a breach of these conditions, of the Terms and Conditions or of applicable law, informing the user with a statement of reasons unless prevented from doing so on security or legal grounds.
All content on the Website (including, without limitation: texts, photographs of the apartments, designs, logos, trade marks, trade names, structure, source code, databases and software) is owned by Maik Holding Investments, S.L. or by third parties who have authorised its use, and is protected by Spanish and European intellectual and industrial property legislation.
Access to the Website does not entail any assignment of or licence over such content. Its reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other form of exploitation, in whole or in part, is prohibited without the Owner's prior, express and written authorisation, except for strictly personal and private use or in cases permitted by law.
The guest reviews displayed on the Website come from the Airbnb platform and are reproduced for information purposes, with their source indicated. Airbnb, Stripe and other third-party brands mentioned on the Website belong to their respective owners, and their mention does not imply any affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement on their part.
The Owner does not guarantee the availability and uninterrupted operation of the Website, although it will take reasonable measures to keep it running. The Owner shall not be liable for damage arising from:

This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules applicable by reason of the user's habitual residence.
