This apartment
You could spend the whole week without touching the car. There are city bus stops less than 100 metres from the front door, with a direct connection to the centre and the HUCA hospital, the bus station is just over fifteen minutes' walk away, and you have two electric scooters for everything else.
When night falls, the living room: a 65-inch screen with Netflix, Prime or Disney+ signed in with your account, a projector with a drop-down screen for film night and the Donkey Kong arcade machine, loaded with hundreds of arcade classics.
It's on the third floor, door B, and there's no lift. Three flights of stairs on foot, and we say so plainly. Upstairs there are three double bedrooms with 150 cm beds and their own TV, a sofa bed in the living room, room for eight and two bathrooms with jet showers; the second one is inside the third bedroom.
Kitchen open to the living room: ceramic hob, dishwasher, washer-dryer, microwave, kettle and capsule coffee machine. No oven. The electric radiators have no set hours — you're in charge of them.
Folding cot for babies, parking space included and self check-in from four in the afternoon.

El alojamiento estuvo súper bien y muy cómodo, lo único el garaje era un poco incómodo y hay que controlar mucho por lo demás todo estupendo

El apartamento está muy bien, limpio y ordenado. Lo único es que le falta menaje de cocina y el parking no aporta nada. El parking está en un -3 y la única forma de acceder es bajando por las rampas que baja el coche y la plaza es para un coche pequeño, tiene una columna delante y otra detrás... Nosotros lo usamos solo una noche.

El alojamiento ha estado genial, la reforma ha quedado muy bien. Solo han fallado, las duchas que controlar la temperatura era muy difícil, y que la puerta corredera estaba desencajada, y por otra parte el garaje, que no es ni el más cómodo ni el más grande, pero por lo demás genial, gracias

Nos ha encantado, lo mejor calidad - precio de todo Oviedo, repetiríamos sin duda. El piso es completamente exacto al anuncio, y el anfitrión respondía MUY rápido, no tardaban ni 5 minutos sin exagerar en diferentes horas del día. GRACIAS

Nuestra estancia ha sido muy buena. El piso estaba muy limpio, cuidado y tal y como aparecía en las fotos. Es cómodo, acogedor y no le falta de nada para pasar unos días. La ubicación también nos ha parecido muy buena, con todo lo necesario cerca y bien comunicado. Además, la zona es tranquila, por lo que hemos podido descansar perfectamente.
