Worth knowing before you book: there's a single bathroom, with a jet shower, for the four bedrooms, and Smart TVs in two of them, not all four. The living room has a 55-inch Samsung with Netflix, Prime or Disney+ for your account, and board games.
The kitchen shares the space with the living room: ceramic hob, microwave, washer-dryer, toaster, kettle and capsule coffee machine. No dishwasher and no oven. You control the electric radiators yourself and there's Wi-Fi throughout the flat. It's on the first floor, with a small lift that you reach after five steps in the entrance hall and six more. The parking space is included and self check-in is from four o'clock.
It's a residential building with neighbours: no parties, and quiet hours are respected. The street helps: Gil Blas is an inner street between the Ronda Sur and the San Lázaro tunnel, not a through road; ten bars and cafés within three hundred metres.
The Parque de Invierno is six or seven minutes away; El Campillín, where the flea market sets up on Sundays, just over half a kilometre. El Fontán, fourteen minutes; the cathedral, under seventeen. And you're right on the Camino Primitivo, which starts in Oviedo.

Estuvimos muy a gusto, a corta distancia del precioso centro histórico de Oviedo. Marcos y todo el personal que te atiende son amables, y se adaptaron a nuestras necesidades especiales al viajar con dos niños pequeños. Esos detalles, marcan diferencia.

Wir waren positiv überrascht, wie umfassend und durchdacht die Unterkunft eingerichtet ist. Es ist wirklich vieles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht, und man merkt, dass auf praktische Details geachtet wurde. Wir haben uns deshalb sehr schnell wohlgefühlt und konnten die Zeit dort entspannt geniessen. Insgesamt eine sehr angenehme Unterkunft, die wir gerne weiterempfehlen.

Die Wohnung liegt in einem typischen Wohnkomplex und war sehr sauber. Insgesamt fanden wir sie etwas dunkel. Gut geeignet für einen Zwischenstop. Kommunikation und Abwicklung waren gut, wir würden wiederkommen.

Nos gustó mucho el alojamiento, tenía todo lo que necesitábamos. Lo único "malo" por así decirlo y no es para nada culpa del alojamiento sino del ayuntamiento de la ciudad, es el horario de las basuras. Tienes que sacarla solo de noche en un horario concreto y si generas basura pasado ese horario y no quieres dejarla en el piso porque está feo, te la tienes que llevar en el coche hasta encontrar un sitio dónde la…
