Three double bedrooms, each with a 150 cm bed. In the living room, an Italian-style pull-out sofa bed for two more. And there's a folding cot if you ask for one.
Four TVs: a big one in the living room and a 43-inch Smart TV in each bedroom. The living room also has a projector, with a screen that drops down in front of the TV, for Netflix or Prime with your own account.

This apartment
If you're arriving by train, this is the flat: Oviedo station is ten or eleven minutes' walk away, so you can get here without a car and never think about one again. And if you do come by car, the parking space is included.
It's on the first floor and the building has no lift: one flight of stairs with your luggage and you're inside.
The living room is made for staying in: a 75-inch screen and, in front of it, a projector with a drop-down screen for Netflix, Prime or Disney+ with your own account. On the wall, the arcade machine with hundreds of games. And two electric scooters for short trips.
Three double bedrooms, each with a 150 cm bed and its own 43-inch Smart TV, plus a sofa bed in the living room: up to eight people. Two full bathrooms, a kitchen open to the living room with a dishwasher and washer-dryer, electric heating with no set hours, and a folding cot if you're travelling with a baby. Bear in mind there's no oven.
You let yourself in, with no reception and no waiting, from four in the afternoon. And when you step out of the front door there are 64 bars, cafés and restaurants within 300 metres: by far the biggest concentration of places to eat and drink of any of our flats. One practical note: vans don't fit in the garage.

Very nice accommodation with unique amenities such as a physical arcade game mounted on the wall with free credits to play and a monster huge television. Really convenient with private garage across the street and 3x bedrooms plus 2x bathrooms and a kitchen. All together a very pleasant stay with understanding and responding hosts. Would highly recommend it.
