Seventy-five inches of television in the living room and, for when that isn't enough, a projector with a drop-down screen: sign in to your Netflix, Prime or Disney+ account and the film plays big. On the wall hangs the arcade machine with hundreds of games, and there are two electric scooters for heading down into town at your own pace.
It's on the second floor and the building has no lift: two flights of stairs with your luggage, said up front.
Inside, three double bedrooms, each with a 150 cm bed and a 43-inch Smart TV, and a sofa bed in the living room for two more: eight in total. Two full bathrooms and a kitchen open to the living room, with a dishwasher and washer-dryer but no oven. Electric heating and a folding cot on request.
The parking space is included, although vans don't fit in the garage. Self check-in from four in the afternoon: you arrive and let yourself in.
The surroundings do their part: 91 bars, cafés and restaurants within 400 metres of the front door, and 64 within 300. It's the highest density of any of our flats. And about 350 metres away is the Silla del Rey, a monumental stone bench carved in 1776 that gives the neighbourhood its name.

Repetiría · Es amplio, con gusto, limpio. Lavadora y lavavajillas Tiene 2 baños completos que están en perfectas condiciones. Y también otros detalles que te suponem una buena experiencia. Que tenga parkimg es fabuloso, porque toda la zona es azul. · Contra: Ya )o sabía ( no tiene ascensor).

Apartamento espacioso, limpio y situado en un barrio tranquilo. Para aparcar el coche había que hacer ciertas maniobras.

Amazing place. Everything was perfect. It was clean, stylish, location was great, parking was a great benefit and communication was always very close to immediate. Only thing to keep in mind is not to arrive early as check-in time is precise. Would absolutely love to return to this apartment.

Los anfitriones siempre estuvieron muy atentos de nosotros. Nos explicaron todo claro y sencillo. A última hora se unió un huésped más y al poco tiempo aceptaron la solicitud del cambio y trajeron lo necesario para él.
El piso es precioso tal cual como las fotos, todo esta limpio y ordenado. Recomendado 100%

Our family of 5 (3 teens) really enjoyed the apartment. Everyone was comfortable and felt at home. The apartment was very clean and well laid out. The location was great, close to attractions and lots of services near by. Patricia and the team were helpful and communicated very well. We would not hesitate to recommend this apartment.
