This apartment

This flat has two electric scooters: grab them and in no time you're on Calle Gascona, the cider boulevard, which is just over a kilometre away, fourteen minutes on foot.

It's on the first floor and the building has no lift, so it's a single flight of stairs and you're in. There are three double bedrooms, each with a 150 cm bed and its own 43-inch Smart TV; the third one has the second bathroom inside, so whoever sleeps there shares with no one. With the Italian-style pull-out sofa bed in the living room that's room for eight, and there's a folding cot if you ask for one.

In the living room, a 65-inch screen and a projector hanging from the ceiling for Netflix, Prime or Disney+ signed in with your account. Next to it, the arcade machine with hundreds of games and a few board games for the afternoons that don't go to plan.

The kitchen opens onto the living room: ceramic hob, dishwasher, washer-dryer, microwave, kettle and capsule coffee machine. There's no oven, better to know. The radiators are electric with no set hours: you switch them on and off yourself.

A parking space is included, and you let yourself in from four in the afternoon, without waiting for anyone.

Lo cierto es que el piso es tal cual sale en las fotos. Cómodo, completo y cuidado. Los anfitriones genial, muy atentos y contestaron al instante a todas nuestras preguntas. Lo único que nos llamó la atención al llegar fue que no tenía ascensor e íbamos con una persona de movilidad reducida; aunque tenemos que decir que, al ser un primero y no tener muchas escaleras, al final no fue tan problemático. Muchas gracias…

Por lo general, el alojamiento está muy bien: Buena ubicación y bien equipado. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue muy buena y hemos tenido una estancia satisfactoria. Algunos aspectos a mejorar serían pequeños detalles de limpieza y que el parking no está habilitado para un coche familiar. No obstante, la valoración general es muy buena.
