Three double bedrooms, each with a 150 cm bed, plus the Italian-style pull-out sofa bed in the living room. That makes four beds and room for eight: six in the bedrooms and two in the living room. There's a folding cot if you ask for one.
Four TVs in total: a 43-inch one in each bedroom and a huge screen in the living room, on the low unit. And on the ceiling, a projector for film nights with Netflix or Prime, signed in with your own account.

This apartment
476 metres from the front door, a six-minute walk, stands San Julián de los Prados: a pre-Romanesque church that Alfonso II had built between 812 and 842, part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site "Monuments of Oviedo and the Kingdom of the Asturias". It's the largest pre-Romanesque church in Spain and holds the biggest collection of early-medieval wall paintings in Europe. And it's in your neighbourhood.
The flat is door A on the second floor and the building has no lift: two flights of stairs on foot. Upstairs, three double bedrooms with 150 cm beds and a 43-inch Smart TV in each, plus an Italian-style pull-out sofa bed in the living room. Eight people. Of the two bathrooms, the second is inside the third bedroom.
The living room has a 65-inch screen and, on the ceiling, a projector: pick TV or big screen and sign in to your Netflix, Prime or Disney+ account. The arcade machine with hundreds of games and the two electric scooters are right there too.
The kitchen opens onto the living room, with a ceramic hob, dishwasher, washer-dryer, microwave, kettle and capsule coffee machine. No oven. The electric radiators have no set hours.
Parking space included, a folding cot if you need one, and you let yourself in from four in the afternoon.

Wonderful apartment, very well located. We enjoyed watching movies with the screen+projector. The apartment is very well equipped, comfortable, nice rooms and bathrooms. We loved the showers! We were also able to use the parking for our car, which was very convenient. Communication was excellent, thanks for hosting us.
