Lower the projector screen, switch off the light and the living room turns into a cinema: Netflix, Prime or Disney+ with your own account. And if you'd rather have the TV, there's a 65-inch one right behind it.
It's a flat with room for everyone: three double bedrooms with 150 cm beds and their own 43-inch Smart TV, an Italian-style pull-out sofa bed in the living room, eight places and a folding cot if a baby is coming along. Two bathrooms with jet showers, the second inside the third bedroom.
One warning before you book: it's door B on the fourth floor and the building has no lift. With a pushchair or big suitcases, that's four flights of stairs on foot.
For the days spent here: the arcade machine — this one is the Super Mario one — with hundreds of games, two electric scooters and the San Julián de los Prados park about six minutes' walk away. The Los Prados shopping centre, with a hypermarket, cinemas and restaurants, is under ten minutes away.
The kitchen is open to the living room, with a ceramic hob, dishwasher, washer-dryer, microwave, kettle and capsule coffee machine; there's no oven. Parking space included and keyless entry from four o'clock.

Como comentario: Las duchas bien en general, pero ambas alcachofas perdían agua por la manguera y no tenían casi presión de agua. Echamos en falta pastillas para el lavavajillas. Había jabón lavavajillas para lavar a mano, así que todo se pudo limpiar de todas formas. Pero sería algo que se podría añadir a cada estancia. La plaza de garaje: es para un coche pequeño. Estaba bien situada, cerca del alojamiento en otro…

Independientemente de las escaleras el contacto ha sido perfecto y no solo no hubo nada que nos defraudará sino que estuvo por encima de las expectativas por el nivel de detalles en baños y salón. Limpieza perfecta,comodidad igualmente perfecta y buena ubicación .

Viajamos con mi familia (con mi bebé de 2 años) desde Colombia, con cierta incertidumbre y prevención, pero desde la reserva hasta la llegada, nos encontramos con unos anfitriones espectaculares, todo impecable, atentos en todo momento. Nos ha encantado el alojamiento , todo muy limpio , ofrece tantas cosas para distraerse durante la estancia que la verdad se agradece mucho pensaron en cada detalle para el huésped , incluyendo hasta el aire para ahora en verano jeje agradecemos 100% , volveremos sin duda alguna totalmente recomendado!! Y la atención como siempre 10 de 10!!
Eramos cinco pero el apartamento es perfecto para 6. Apartamento práctico y muy nuevo. Muy interesante la disposición de una plaza de aparcamiento privado, aunque nosotros no pudimos utilizarla porque era pequeña para nuestro coche (xtrail). Aparcamos en el centro comercial carrefour cercano.

Hemos estado solo una noche, pero todo ha estado de maravilla, el alojamiento estaba súper limpio y era tal y como en las fotos. La única pega que le ponemos son los 4 pisos sin ascensor para ir cargando con bolsas y maletas, pero venía en el anuncio explicado. Saludos
Nuestra estancia en este apartamento de Oviedo ha sido, sencillamente, espectacular. El alojamiento es totalmente nuevo y está decorado con un gusto exquisito, cuidando cada detalle al máximo. Lo que más nos sorprendió fue el despliegue tecnológico y de ocio: desde la impresionante televisión de 75 pulgadas en el salón y el proyector con pantalla, hasta la máquina recreativa tipo arcade con juegos como Super Mario…
