This apartment

Four double bedrooms, each with its own 150 cm double bed and 43-inch Smart TV, and two bathrooms with jet showers: eight people fit here without getting under each other's feet. In the living room, the fifth screen, a 55-inch Samsung with Netflix, Prime or Disney+ for your account, and the wall-mounted arcade machine with hundreds of games.

The kitchen is open to the living room: ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and washer-dryer. No dishwasher and no oven. Electric heating with radiators you control yourself, and Wi-Fi throughout the flat.

It's on the fourth floor. There is a lift, but it's small and there are five steps in the entrance hall before you reach it. Parking space included and self check-in from four in the afternoon. Folding cot if you're travelling with a baby.

Four or five minutes' walk away is the Parque de Invierno, seventeen hectares with a climbing wall, skate park and playgrounds, and the start of the Fuso de la Reina trail, about eight kilometres along the river Gafo. The nearest supermarket is just over two hundred metres away.

Gil Blas is a residential street in La Malatería, in the San Lázaro district, with nine bars and cafés within three hundred metres and no main road nearby. The old town is a stroll away: El Fontán in about fifteen minutes and the cathedral in under eighteen.

Sehr großzügige Wohnung mit guter Lage zur Innenstadt. Etwas muffig. Recht gute Ausstattung, wobei ein Geschirrhandtuch praktisch gewesen wäre. Tiefgaragenplatz eng für riesige Mitwägen.
