About nine minutes' walk away is the Calatrava-designed Palacio de Congresos, the most recognisable building in modern Oviedo. And around the front door there are nine pharmacies within 400 metres, twice as many as at any of our other addresses.
Before we go on: it's a fourth-floor flat and the building has no lift. That's four flights of stairs with your luggage, and it's better to know now than on arrival.
Upstairs, a living room with a 75-inch screen, a projector with a drop-down screen in front of it for Netflix, Prime or Disney+ with your own account, the wall-mounted arcade machine with hundreds of games, and two electric scooters for getting around Oviedo without a car.

The kitchen, open to the living room, has a dishwasher and a washer-dryer, but no oven. Electric heating, a parking space included (vans don't fit), and you let yourself in from four in the afternoon.

Estuvimos una noche y la experiencia fue genial. El piso estaba muy bien y todo fue muy fácil desde nuestra llegada. Se agradeció muchísimo que tuviera aparcamiento, ya que resulta muy cómodo. Las instrucciones para recoger y utilizar las llaves eran muy claras y fáciles de seguir. Además, el detalle de dejarnos algo para el desayuno fue todo un acierto y se agradeció mucho. ¡Sin duda, una estancia muy agradable y…

Goede locatie met faciliteiten. Fijn om een een stad een goed verblijf te hebben. We hadden wat problemen met de wachmachine afvoer en lekkage van de boiler, maar hier werd goed proactief op gehandeld en we kregen een compensatie. Parkeerplaats was erg fijn om gebruik van te kunnen maken. Al met al zouden wij dit zeker opnieuw huren.

Fantástico · Las instalaciones, el barrio muy tranquilo., camas cómodas, tv enorme, parkin . · Contra: Falta menaje en la cocina, una ensaladera, yo quitaría la maquina de juegos hace un ruido infernal. Los patinetes estan bien pero no hay ascensor para poder bajarlos, con lo que no se utilizan.
