The arcade machine in the living room is the Street Fighter one and comes loaded with hundreds of games. It tends to be the first thing the kids find and the last thing the grown-ups let go of.
Opposite it, a 65-inch screen with Netflix, Prime or Disney+ for your own account, and a projector with a drop-down screen for film night. Plus two electric scooters for getting around Oviedo without worrying about parking.
It's on the first floor, door B, and the building has no lift: one flight of stairs and you're in. Inside, three double bedrooms with 150 cm beds and their own TV, plus the sofa bed in the living room: sleeps eight. Two bathrooms with jet showers; the second one is inside the third bedroom. Folding cot on request.
The kitchen is open to the living room, with a ceramic hob, dishwasher, washer-dryer, microwave, kettle and capsule coffee machine; there's no oven. For everything else, the nearest supermarket is under 100 metres from the front door, with more than twenty-five bars, cafés and cider houses within 300 metres.
Parking space included and self check-in: you arrive and let yourself in.

Excelente localização, muito bem equipado, excelente banho. Fomos andando para o centro histórico. Na vizinhança tem de tudo, supermercado, padaria, jamonaria, restaurantes, pizzaria, enfim, muitas opções disponíveis. O estacionamento é bem estreito, para chegar na vaga, no -3, mas, consegui acessa-la com uma SUV Santa Fé. Tem disponíveis jogos eletrônicos e dois patinetes elétricos. Recomendo tranquilamente, sem…
Apartamento amplio, limpio y las camas super comodas. El sitio es super tranquilo y tienes supermercado cerca. La zona mas de ambiente esta a unos 15-20 minutos caminando. El apartamento tiene plaza de garaje disponible, no la usamos porque el coche era de 9 plazas, demasiado grande, pero para un turismo esta perfecto. Sin duda es un apartamento recomendable, repetiria sin dudarlo.
Excelente lugar. Lo único que se debe tomar en cuenta es que el parking es muy pequeño, no recomendable para carros grandes
Мы провели в этой замечательной квартире три ночи двумя семьями — всего нас было 8 человек, и всем было очень комфортно и достаточно места. Квартира просторная, уютная, светлая и очень чистая. Видно, что всё продумано для удобства гостей: есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания, а кухня прекрасно оборудована всем, что может понадобиться во время отдыха. Нам особенно понравилась приятная и спокойная атмосфера…
Marcos ha sido muy buen anfitrión, han cuidado cada detalle de la limpieza y nos hemos sentido como en casa, lugar con buena iluminación, camas muy cómodas, silencioso y cuenta con kit de primeros auxilios, un 10/10 :)
Estuve con mi familia alojados en este piso, nos encantó mucho todo y que es fiel a las fotos y descripción.
Muy buen piso con todas las comodidades que se esperan de un Airbnb recién reformado como este. Todo nuevo, funcionando perfectamente. A mejorar , Estaría bien que hubiera alguna pastilla para el lavavajillas y la lavadora. Por lo demás, todo perfecto.

Muy agradable nuestra estancia en el apartamento todo muy nuevo y cómodo para poder utilizar. Tanto el juego arcade como los patinetes electricos son un positivo a favor.
El alojamiento está perfecto, las indicaciones para llegar y para habitarlo perfectas, así como la comunicación con ellos rápida y eficaz. Si hay que ponerle una pega es el ruido de otros vecinos por las escaleras de madrugada y que se echa en falta algún perchero en los baños y un tendedero, por lo demás todo correcto. Volveríamos sin duda por esta calidad / precio
