This apartment
Here the second bathroom is inside bedroom 2. It's the only flat in the building where it's there rather than in the third bedroom, and that changes the layout quite a bit when two couples, or a group that doesn't know each other that well, are staying.
Otherwise, three double bedrooms, each with a 150 cm bed and a 43-inch Smart TV, an Italian-style pull-out sofa bed in the living room and room for eight. Both bathrooms have jet showers. Folding cot on request.
It's on the third floor and the building has no lift: three flights of stairs on foot, and we'd rather tell you before you book.
The living room: a 65-inch screen, a ceiling projector for Netflix, Prime or Disney+ with your account, the Dragon Ball arcade machine with hundreds of games and two electric scooters. The kitchen is open to the living room, with a ceramic hob, dishwasher, washer-dryer, microwave, kettle and capsule coffee machine; there's no oven.
The Los Prados shopping centre is under ten minutes' walk away, some 650 metres of flat pavement with no hills, which in Oviedo is no small thing. The parking space is included and you check yourself in from four o'clock.

El apartamento es muy cómodo y fiel a las fotos y descripción. Por aportar para mejorar la estancia solo he echado de menos algún producto básico de limpieza para “emergencias” y colgadores para las toallas en los baños. La plaza de garaje que nos dieron era amplia pero el acceso algo incómodo para un coche grande como el nuestro, no hemos tenido excesivo problema para aparcar en la calle así que solo la usamos un…
